Why was my order cancelled?

Your order was likely cancelled for one of a couple of reasons.


  1. Potential Fraud
    1. Every order is processed through our third party fraud prevention software. No offense against you personally, but we don't like thieves!!
    2. If you feel that it should not have been fraud please make sure that your addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses you gave us all tie directly to the card holder.  If not, that is likely the reason...   For example you are using your wife/girlfriend/parent's card but used your email and phone number...   That will likely get flagged for potential fraud.
  2. You or someone representing you asked to cancel your order
    1. Pretty straightforward..   if you didn't ask us to cancel your order or didn't ask someone else to do so on your behalf, go ahead and put the order in again and give us a call to make sure this doesn't happen again.
  3. The product you ordered is not available and won't be available any time soon
    1. This is SUPER RARE and hardly ever the condition..   You probably have some emails letting you know this was happening, but they might be in your junk mail.
