How to start a return?

We understand sometimes a return is necessary (even if it makes us a little sad). Below are the most common questions we get about returns, with clear answers to help you through the process.


? How do I start a return?

Start by submitting a return request through our RMA portal:

? How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.


? What condition must the product be in?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • New and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of signs of installation or damage

If it doesn’t meet these criteria, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.


? Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


? When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow:

  • Up to 7 business days for processing

  • Up to 7 additional business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method
