Most of our fuel pump configurations are designed to work seamlessly with the factory fuel pump controllers, however if an aftermarket controller is necessary (or recommended), we will provide that information in the product description. That being said, an upgraded controller is never a bad decision, as any upgraded fuel pump will draw more current and cause more heat than a factory pump.
