Issue: Fuel Pressure dropping, pump starvation. Driver side of tank has fuel but is not transferring to pump side.
Most common cause is a blocked venturi jet in the bucket. Debris can be introduced into the venturi system and block the jet
causing the issues above.
The simplest resolution is to clear the debris from the jet.
1. Remove the top hat from the bucket, most will not have the "C" clip installed on the top hat leg with the spring. If they
do it needs to be removed.
2. Pry the 4 tabs around the top of the bucket to remove the bucket cover. The venturi adapter, regulator and pump will come out with the bucket cover.
3. Identify the venturi jet. The jet is in the bottom of the bucket in the long tube in the bucket. Using compressed air, blow down the tube into the jet to clear out any debris.
4. Thoroughly clean the bucket to remove any other possible contamination that could enter the jet system.
5. Reassemble the bucket and install. Verify the system is working properly.
